Thomas Webb is an approved Highfield training provider, meaning that we not only offer nationally recognised and externally assessed qualifications to our clients, but we also deliver them in-house to all of our site based employees.

This means that not only will our clients receive staff qualified in their relevant fields, but those qualifications will have been delivered by own organisation, meaning that we do not rely on the standards and capabilities of external training providers, so we can ensure the quality of the training and the information provided and retained is to our own standards and expectations.

Relevant formal training as well as clear and concise instruction tailored specifically to each site is paramount in ensuring that our staff are able to deliver on the standards and expectations of our clients.
